We think that the most suitable socioeconomic structure for the OEMMII of OYAAGAA involves the nationalization of the most important economic activities, provided that society is educated to maintain a deep respect for the "res" publica. But it is dangerous for that socialization to extend to small, local economic activities, and above all it must respect certain rights associated with the personality of the free citizens of each state. That is why the two models prevailing in the two great imperialist states of OYAAGAA suffer from very serious defects. The structure of a free-market economy such as governs in the so-called Western states is savage and generates injustice. The myth of free competition is fallacious, since oligopolistic practice and pressure on rulers and legislators prevent the weakest from competing on equal terms with the great centres of power and the powerful multinationals. The practice of freedoms in what you call democracies is fallacious, since only the citizen who possesses economic power is free to make his voice heard. The complexity and cost of the channels of communication make sterile the right to free expression of an isolated and poor individual, whose verbal expression, incapable of being amplified and channelled towards broad strata of society, is lost in the background noise. What use is his right to expression if he lacks the economic or decision-making means for his protests to be heard? Only those citizens who possess information and economic support are able to shape states of opinion artificially, to sway the masses, to accumulate means of production and therefore power. In this way what you call Democracy is in reality an oligodictatorship in which prominent brothers of yours holding the keys of their respective centres of power exercise effective control of the state, manipulating like puppets, through powerful media whose function is not to inform but to sway the masses, huge segments of the population incapable of exercising a truly free and responsible right to vote enlightened by reliable informative documentation.
Political parties thus become powerful headquarters at the service of the powerful and of the great decision-making nations. Their rank-and-file members are unaware of the extremely complex webs of control exercised over their leaders -sometimes weak and at other times corrupt- by the great banking entities, the omnipresent multinationals, the chancelleries of other states and above all the cabinet that governs the United States of North America, whose instructions must be obeyed by its satellite countries, with the sole limitation of certain restrictions, also imposed, in order to present a false image of minimal sovereignty.
They impose a monetarist policy which, while it restrains the inflationary tendency in each country, generates dramatic increases in unemployment rates and wounding social injustices.
The so-called Christian churches exert a subtle and powerful numbing action on the consciences of citizens to prevent them from reflecting lucidly on injustice. Forgetting the authentic liberating message of Jesus of Galilee, they abort any attempt at rebellion, and their ecclesiastical institutions lend powerful support to the prevailing oligopower, stifling every attempt at thought that analyses the roots of injustice. The masses are drugged with a savage consumption of sterile objects and services that in no way help them achieve happiness. The patterns of their work and their scant free time are designed so that the unfortunate OEMII lack the time to acquire a genuine culture, to come into contact with Nature, to live in accordance with a truly liberating philosophy and to establish bonds of filial brotherhood with other beings of their species.
Although you do not live in the environment of the countries of so-called real Socialism, and although the levels of justice there are much higher and more humanizing than those of the West, since the social distribution of resources is more balanced and unemployment is almost non-existent in the Soviet Union -an aspect the Western media take care to hide when they criticize that other economic model-, it is obvious that the arrogance of its leaders has established schemes of power that are excessively rigid and also lacking in freedoms. The plain truth is that both the citizen of those countries and the Western citizen lack freedom of expression. In the Eastern countries because the authorities choke off, through censorship, all information not in keeping with the ideology of the single Party, and in the nations of the West because their weak voices fade like the wisps of a simple cigarette among the clouds of smoke of a great fire.
The pure and simple truth is that you OEMII of Earth do not see recognized ANYWHERE ON THE COLD STAR EARTH what is for you the fundamental right of freedom. The human of Earth is simply a slave of a few brothers of his who, sometimes thanks to their intelligence and at other times through mere cunning, have become overbearing holders of economic and therefore political power.
It has fallen to you to suffer the misfortune of living within the framework of those pseudo-democracies, as it has fallen to others to groan inside an ideological corset that is too suffocating. What to do, and how to live immersed in that sea of injustices?
It is evident that you and your closest brothers, a minuscule cell immersed in a sclerotic society, cannot do very much to change the course of its structure, strongly chained to the directives of its North American satraps.
You can only venture to swim with the current, adapting to it and trying to modify, while stabilizing it, the small environment that surrounds you. You and those brothers who are akin to you in thought can form a cell attuned to the BUUAWAA BlAEII. Studying, training, meeting in order to transfer ideas to one another and enrich one another with the common cultural heritage.
The integrated sum of knowledge of an attuned social micro-network is far greater than the sum of the isolated knowledge of the humans making up the Network, since the B.B. enriches the network to a greater extent than the isolated individual.
Those of you who have humanistic professional gifts must contribute by placing them at the disposal of friends and other oemmii under pure deontological norms.
Those of you who have knowledge capable of crystallizing in an enterprise for the industrialization or marketing of goods and services must unite to contribute, even at modest levels, to creating entities that bring a benefit to their members and a higher level of ethics in management, and to contribute, even in a microeconomic way, to increasing the Gross National Product by investing in your own Nation.
From an entropic perspective of morality, unproductive saving is immoral; investment that creates wealth is negentropic. The new technologies known to you, provided they are not directed towards destruction and war, must be encouraged.
It is important to bear in mind that, if within the framework of the Market Economy you promote private enterprises as a lesser evil, you should make your subordinates, administrative employees, managers, technicians and workers aware that this structure is not the ideal one, and that in a future happier for Society control of the most important means of production must be in the hands not of a minority, nor under the control of a totalitarian ruling group not controlled by the social base, but of society itself, under the direction of transparent management committees genuinely supervised by the whole Network of OEMMII.
This goal is still utopian, since the humans of Earth do not have a sufficient cultural basis to become aware of the political structure that suits them in order truly to become free OEMII. But each of you has the obligation to awaken in those around you the future need to integrate into a more just and organized sociopolitical architecture.
In the democratic ideology of the West there are elements that can be used for that future plan. Christian philosophy and Hinduism can contribute very important ethical elements; Marxism, stripped of dogmatic and totalitarian components, is the most important source for that city of the future. From the ruins of their respective current models, and with part of the old demolished materials, your grandchildren will build a more human metropolis, freed from the neuroticizing factors that engender the present anguish of the humans of Earth. It will not yet be a perfect social Network, but it will resemble much more closely the model of our Society of UMMO. It will be a true Ethocracy. The reign of negentropic morality.
In other reports we will offer you a rough sketch of how that model could be structured, taking into account the peculiarities of the brains of the OEMII of OYAAGAA.
